How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond to every message within two to three business days. During high-volume periods it may take a little longer, but we do read and action every submission.
What kind of requests do you handle?
Bug reports, incorrect tool output, slow page performance, accessibility concerns, and feature suggestions are all welcome. If you would like a brand-new tool added to the site, please use the Submit a Tool Idea page instead — it has a dedicated intake form that helps us track and prioritise requests.
Will you keep my email private?
Absolutely. Your email is used solely to reply to your message. We do not add it to any marketing list, share it with third parties, or store it beyond the time needed to resolve your query.
Can I report inaccurate tool output?
Yes — accuracy is our top priority. If a calculator gives a wrong result, a converter uses an incorrect formula, or a text tool mangles your input, please let us know with an example. We fix confirmed output bugs as quickly as possible.
